"I spent fifteen years in banking and business analysis. I know how to run a project, manage a budget, and make sure a customer is never left wondering what's happening. What I couldn't find was a painting company that ran their business the same way I'd run mine.
My business partner Jade has been painting homes in Kansas City for over fifteen years. He knows what quality prep looks like, what premium product does differently, and what it takes to put a finish on a house that's still going to look great years from now.
Different backgrounds, same standard. Here's how we divided it: I own the front end of every project - the estimate, the color consultation, the agreement. Once you sign, Jade takes over completely. He vets and schedules the crews, is on-site every single day, conducts a full quality inspection before we do the final walkthrough, and walks the finished project with you personally. Between the two of us, every stage of the project has a dedicated owner. Nothing falls through the cracks.

Once a project is signed, Jade takes over. He handles all scheduling and labor, and is on-site every single day to make sure the work meets our standard. From the first day of prep to the final walktrhough - where he inspects the work with the crew before ever walking it with the homeowner - Jade owns the production side completely.
