With a 15-year career in banking and business analysis, Alex brings a high level of strategic precision and operational expertise to the team. His background in finance ensures that every project is backed by sound management and a keen eye for detail. 

Outside of the business, Alex leads an active and musical life; he is a practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and an accomplished guitar and piano player. Above all, he is a dedicated father to triplets. Whether on the mats, at the piano, or managing a project, Alex thrives on the discipline required to achieve excellence. 

With over 15 years of experience, Jade is a lifelong Kansas City professional dedicated to craftsmanship and technical excellence. Specializing in everything from intricate interior finishes and sheetrock to durable exterior siding, he ensures every project is executed with precision. 

A committed community member and father of two daughters, Jade spends his free time coaching local youth softball. Whether he is perfecting a client’s home or leading a team on the field, Jade brings the same level of integrity and dedication to everything he does.
